The background is that sports, leisure and cultural events of all kinds with a two-week right of withdrawal and return are hardly plannable and economical would be feasible. The legislature also sees it that way, which is why the Distance Selling Act in the contract concluded between you and the organizer about the Provision of a service in the field of leisure activities (§ 312 b Abs.3 Nr.6 BGB), expressly does not apply.
Please note that a presale ticket does not guarantee entry. The club reserves the right to deny entry. Tickets will be automatically refunded in that case.
